DeepGem Interactive LLC is a software consultancy and AI product studio. We build custom digital products for clients across healthcare, education, and technology sectors.
Our AI assistant may communicate with you via SMS, voice, email, or chat to coordinate projects, schedule meetings, and provide support.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By texting our business number or providing your phone number with consent via our website, you opt in to receive text messages from DeepGem Interactive LLC.

- Message frequency: Varies based on your interaction; typically 1–10 messages per week

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials on this website are the property of DeepGem Interactive LLC unless otherwise noted. Client work product ownership is governed by individual project agreements.
Limitation of Liability

Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. You can opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP. We reserve the right to discontinue service to any user who violates these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
